NUTRITION COACHING (Student Offering)
A supportive space to build a more connected and nourishing relationship with food and your body.
Nutrition coaching focuses on understanding your unique needs around energy, digestion, lifestyle, and daily habits. Together, we explore how nutrition, stress, and your nervous system interact, helping you make sustainable shifts that support your overall well-being.
This approach is holistic and non-restrictive, focusing on gentle, realistic changes rather than rigid rules.

Energy Work
A gentle, restorative energy healing experience to support balance in mind, body, and spirit.
Reiki is a Japanese healing modality meaning “universal life force energy.” It works with your body’s natural energetic system to support relaxation, release, and restoration.
During a session, I act as a channel for this energy, supporting the clearing and rebalancing of your energetic field (aura) and helping to release stored tension, emotional blockages, and energetic stagnation. This process can gently regulate the nervous system and create space for deeper healing and integration.
Many clients experience a sense of calm, emotional release, clarity, or a feeling of coming back into alignment with themselves.
Sessions are intuitive and guided by what your system needs in the moment, supporting healing across physical, emotional, and energetic layers.
Reiki is not limited by physical location and can be offered both in person and at a distance. Because this work connects with the body’s energetic system, it can be received from wherever you are.
During a distance session, you’ll be invited to rest comfortably in your own space while I intentionally connect and guide the flow of energy to support relaxation, clearing, and rebalancing.
Therapeutic Counselling
A space to slow down, untangle what’s been held, and gently return to yourself.
Counselling with me is not about fixing or rushing change. It’s about creating a steady, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with honesty and care. Together, we bring curiosity to patterns, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and support your system in finding more ease and stability.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending somatic awareness, nervous system support, and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I work from both a top-down and bottom-up lens; supporting insight, while also tending to how experiences are held in the body.
I hold a particular interest in supporting those navigating grief, sexual assault, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the layered experience of neurodivergence. I work with women, youth, and sensitive individuals who are seeking depth, understanding, and a space where they don’t have to perform or have it all figured out.
My role is to walk alongside you, while offering reflection, guidance, and a grounded presence as you move through your process at your own pace.
